She holds a B.A. in Economics from the National University of Rosario, Argentina. Master in Financial Management and Management Control and Master in International Marketing and Sales Management from EAE Business School. She has worked as a researcher at the Center for Social and Economic Research, and in the Fundraising and Institutional Relations department of Fundación Libertad. She has been a fellow of the Cato Institute's Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity and a member of the development team of the Charles Koch Institute and the Atlas Network Center for Latin America.
