PhD in Economics and Business Sciences from the University of Barcelona, ​​and MBA from IESE Business School. He has been dean of the School of Economics of the University of Extremadura and professor of Economic Policy at the University of Barcelona. He teaches at the San Pablo CEU University and is a visiting professor at the School of Foreign Affairs.
